Currently Ms. Mau is a freelance writer specializing in healthcare and business issues, although she also writes on a broad range of other subjects.

Ms. Mau's articles include A Bridge to Last 100 Years , the cover story in the 2004 South Carolina Chamber of Commerce annual South Carolina Business magazine, and Survival of the Fittest in the 2003 edition. Yet Another Silver Bullet for Health Care is an example of her writing on consumer-driven health care.

Ms. Mau has particular expertise in crafting media and public relations campaigns.
